Codepeeps LTD ("Codepeeps", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to transparent and responsible data handling. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you register for, access, or participate in Uniben Life (the "Platform" or "Service").

For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, Codepeeps LTD acts as the Data Controller.

We minimize the collection of personal information to what is strictly necessary to provide the multiplayer interactive simulation:

• Account Identification: When registering, you provide an email address and select an in-simulation username (handle). Passwords are encrypted and salted using one-way cryptographic algorithms. We do not require or collect your real legal name, government identification numbers (NIN), bank verification numbers (BVN), or residential address.
• Gameplay and State Telemetry: In-simulation coordinates, room presence, avatar look configurations, level progress, virtual inventory, and chat logs required for operational synchronization and community moderation.
• Technical Device Telemetry: IP addresses, browser specifications, operating system versions, and session identifiers collected temporarily to maintain server connection stability, load distribution, and fraud prevention.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your information on the following lawful grounds:

• Performance of Contract: To register your account, maintain active multiplayer sessions, synchronize in-game transactions, and deliver platform functionality.
• Legitimate Interests: To detect, investigate, and prevent automated bot activity, exploitation, fraud, network attacks, and breaches of our Terms of Service.
• Consent: When you register and affirm your age and agreement to platform policies.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

Codepeeps LTD does not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal information to third-party commercial advertisers or data brokers.

We share data only with trusted technical service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database infrastructure, and authentication utilities) that operate under strict confidentiality and security obligations solely to deliver the Service. We may also disclose information when required to comply with enforceable legal obligations, court orders, or governmental requests.

5. Google User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

When you sign in using Google OAuth, Uniben Life accesses only your basic identity profile (your verified email address, display name, and avatar image) solely to authenticate your session and initialize your player profile handle.

Uniben Life's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not sell Google user data to any third party or commercial broker.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or automated profiling.
• We do not allow humans to read user data unless required for security resolution, compliance with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.
• You can revoke Uniben Life's access to your Google account at any time directly through your Google Account Security Settings.

5. Data Security Standards

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, or disclosure. All data transmissions are protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

6. Data Retention and Account Erasure

We retain account records for as long as your account remains open and active. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated gameplay records at any time.

To request account deletion or data erasure, submit a request to privacy@codepeeps.com. Upon verification, your profile and associated credentials will be permanently erased from active production systems within thirty (30) business days.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use strictly necessary first-party session tokens and local storage elements solely to manage authentication state and player preferences across browser reloads. We do not deploy intrusive third-party session replay technologies (such as keystroke tracking software) or advertising surveillance pixels. All web fonts and assets are hosted locally.

8. Protection of Minors

Uniben Life is strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from individuals under 18. If Codepeeps LTD becomes aware that an account belongs to an individual under 18 years of age, we will immediately terminate the account and purge all associated records.
